Fall to the abyss of yesterday
An open wound forms deep
Creating a vortex of emptiness
How can one forget you??
Heart devoid of any and all form
Haunted by memories of you leaving
Engulfing whirlwind since you left

On bended knee pleading to the heavens
Requesting a relief from this hell
Truth burning past mortal flesh
With eyes closing from this horror
Your ghostly image do I see
The lonely emptiness that invades
Begging for universal redemption

All in the guise of love
